What if my HOA does not allow bins to be left out?

You may bring them back to your garage or on the side of the house and we will retrieve them and place them back after the cleaning process. If you are concerned please give us the contact for your HOA and we will discuss with them our service.

Can I cancel anytime?

There are no contracts with us, you may cancel at anytime. If you cancel before second service is complete you will be charged a for a second cleaning.

How do I pay?

When you sign up online you pay for the first service then. You will be contacted and a credit card will be placed on file and all other services will come out automatically after service is complete. If you decide to call for service we will get payment information over the phone and you will be charged after first service.

When will my trash bin be cleaned?

We come service your trash bins the day immediately following your scheduled trash pick up day to insure they are empty. We just ask that you leave the bins in an accessible location for us the day you are scheduled for service. Friday customers remain on Friday

How are my trash bins cleaned?

Our machine uses water up to 190 degrees to clean and sanitize both inside and outside of bin. The bin is lifted into our hopper and cleaned and all the dirty water is taken with us to proper dumping facilities.

Why do my trash bins need to be cleaned?

There is no argument that trash bins are dirty. Routine cleaning of your trash and recycle bins helps keep bacteria that can lead to sickness away and prevent germ spread to you, your family and pets.
